The Sand and Sea Condos by TO

Location was perfect! We wanted a place where we could relax with reunited family. The living room was perfect for visiting. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and comfortable.

We thought we were in a 4-bedroom suite; when we arrived, we discovered that we were in adjoining suites. It worked but was not what we hoped for.

Very good location. Little bit pricey for what it is. I guess it's just the economy.

Luxury, comfort, feels like home. Amazing spaces. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Gas leak on arrival in condo. The whole unit smelled of gas. The slider had to be opened and it was freezing outside (literally). We phone the front desk and the Maint guy (who was also the front desk person on check out turned of the gas. He told us that it was probably left on front the past guest. Who knows how many days gas was leaking into the condo. Once we aired out the condo we turned the heater on only to find it didn’t work. The thermostat read 56 degrees at 3 am. We were all freezing. My husband also sat his alarm every 2 hours to check on the kids as we were still concerned about the gas leak. The next morning we had to call Maint again to try and fix the heater. They were unable to fix it so brought 3 small heaters. It was one thing after another. We paid $1600 for 2 nights of worry and freezing temperature. I figured the front office would at least be apologetic but they did not seem to care at all. When I asked if they would do anything to subsidize the rate they called a manager who said we could have 10 percent off. I found that to be unacceptable and asked for the phone number so I could speak to them. Instead of a direct # I was given their standard answering service for cascadia. I waited on hold twice for over 30 mins each time. I will add when they called to verify our reservation the front desk person told me ours (unit 104) was his favorite unit and how perfect it was. In reality it was issue after issue in supposedly the nicest unit. I can’t imagine what the other units are like. I would never recommend this property or managers.

Location was great, stayed at this property numerous times. Staff has always been very accommodating.

This past unit needs some upkeep! Peeling wallpaper, above stove fan unit does not work. Drapes in living room need cleaning Major door draft

We have started this property a couple times and we really enjoy the location

This trip I brought my mother that is older.. She doesn’t travel much so she was excited to go to the beach. We got there and everything was great till bedtime. The beds were very old and very uncomfortable. The one bed you rolled to the sinner.

Loved the location and the amenities. Specifically came for the pool and the beach access.

The pool was down the entire stay. They day we were leaving they opened the pool and let us stay a little longer so my grandson could swim. In the room they had a jet spa and no plug. Poor kid couldn't catch a break playing in the water but we ended up finding some to make due.
