The location was good, and the room was relatively clean.

I wasn't aware of an extra charge for parking on-site, which was $11 per night. The real problem was that upon returning to the motel on my second night, there were NO available parking spaces. The lot was full, and I had to park off-site!! I did complain about this the next morning, and they did give me a refund for the one night of parking. OK, cool, but that should never have been an issue!
