I have stayed here before and liked it enough to return. liked the people who worked there; they helped me when I had a problem. I liked the convenient location. It was more quiet than I thought it would be.

The AC wall switch could have been on. The TV could have had HTMI signal. The coffee and hot water could have been available at 6 am as I was told it would be.

WOW!! The BEST value of ANY Hotel in the area!! I Lived in Sherman Oaks for 40 years and this makes for a GREAT visit!! The Staff members were the ones that brought me to this Hotel. I talked to Marcy and She was INCREDIBLE. When I checked in, Gabriel was AWESOME!! I felt so GOOD there, that I stayed ANOTHER night. I know now where I will always book, with no questions. Thank you!

Loved everything about this place.

I’ve gone to other hotels and they have smart TVs, I think at this time it would be nice to upgrade with something that has Roku.

All employees exceeded my expectations, including the maintenance men, maids, ALL front desk staff, & even friendly guests.

A laundry room, hot tub, and guest computer room w/ printer would be a plus.
