Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast included.

We checked in. My husband went to the bathroom and when he flushed sewage backed up into the toilet. Not anyone’s fault but it was unpleasant.

The front desk staff member that checked us in was smiling, helpful and joked a bit. Very nice!!

The only thing we noted was the room was stuffy-humid. The weather outside was HOT, so you can’t have everything!

"Overall it was a very good stay!!"

Very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool was very clean and was perfect after a hot day!

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. That is our only complaint about our stay.

"Decent hotel but it stinks in the common areas."

Location.

The hotel is pet friendly and smells like a dog kennel. Many hotels are pet friend but it doesn’t smell like it. The hallway and lobby smelled terrible.

"Very Good"

The lady at the front desk really wasn't friendly. She really didn't seem to want to come out of the small room in the back to check us in. I didn't like the upcharge because we had a pet. It was a bird that certainly didn't make a mess and caused no ectra cleaning for the staff.
