"It was terrible being there room was clean bed comfortable"

I like staying at the hotels by the hospital

My in room phone did not work l asked the cleaning lady to get the dirty towels and give me some clean towels and it was a party going on at 5 pm music very loud. I told the front desk everything l just mentioned. No apologies at all
