The location was ideal. The cleaning staff attended regularly and changed the towels frequently. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything that was required and needed for a comfortable stay.

We paid over USD 700 for a five-night stay, so our expectations were higher. Unfortunately, the aesthetics of the property were not modern at all. Although a king bed was booked, we were instead provided with two twin beds pushed together to resemble a king. The bathroom mirror frame was cracked, which took away from the overall appearance. Overall, the apartment felt very outdated and did not reflect the value paid.

Staff were friendly. The pool was accesible no matter how early or late you used it. The staff kindly let me check out late as apologies for the wifi issues. The beach shuttle although oddly timed, was helpful and the beach is easily walkable and restaurants nearby. Phone in the room was helpful to ring local numbers. House keeping came every 2 days and did an excellent job. Aircon worked. Note its in the bedroom only. Kitchen seemed well equipped.

The staff were friendly but were not helpful in finding out about the island, how to get around or local information. For example i asked how to get to Oistins fish market when i first arrived. No mention of the public buses or ZR buses but was told to use very expensive taxis. Same for any other location I wanted to go despite specifically saying i had heard about bus routes. I was also told i couldn't walk to certain places (even when i did) and I had to look into tours and information myself in a local food court and asking other tourists. I actually got friendly with people staying there whon i managed to share taxis with. Wifi was really bad. I couldn't phone home which was a problem for me as i had a 3 year old i promised to contact every night so i had to walk 15- 20 minutes (while being pregnant) to the nearest food court at Worthing Square (which was amazing to eat btw). The hotel did apologise for this and kindly gave me late check out. The pool area is nice. Around 5 chairs and 1 umbrella though. There was some sort of works happening when i was there so it was a little noisy but not sure how long that would be. Please note you will hear nature loudly from the bedroom. If you don't want to hear nature (particularly the whistling frogs) this place might not be for you. The shuttle goes at 10am, 1pm and 5pm. I found the timings strange as most people are up and want to ve at the beach before 10. But this time of year with the sunset being 5.30 it was a shame to just miss sunset, would be nice if the shuttle allowed to see it. But thats a personal opinion.

Given the apt we had reserved complex under reno which we were not advised pool had 1 umbrella and 4 lounge chairs for 24 guests

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment hotel. The location is great - a big, beautiful area with a nice pool, lots of birds, and even some monkeys around. It’s also very close to the best beach on the island, which was a huge plus. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the cleaning team - the place was always spotless, and we loved that we could use the laundry for free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

From the moment I landed, I was greeted with such warmth. The area is beautiful and serene, and the staff is friendly and easy to chat with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely come back.
