Staff were very kind and helpful. The location is great, easy access to shopping malls and food court restaurants. The surround was quiet and very serene. Nice area for walking and just relax.

Cutleries were not sharp. Seeing roaches is a huge downside for me. I saw roaches crawling around in the kitchen like everyday. That is the only thing i didnt like.

The service was excellence. The reception, Carolann was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She was amazing.

No AC in living room area and no TV in the bedroom.

Lage ruhig und mit Auto perfekt. Wohnung eigentlich super, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Patkplätze vorhanden. Wifi such ok.

Gartenmöbel schon sehr alt, auch sonst könnte man wieder mal ein wenig renovieren, dann wärs top.

Clean and safe environment. Pleasant housekeeping staff. Appreciated the provision of a shuttle service to and from the beach, which was always on time. The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming rather than appearing stoic. They are the guests' first impression of the service when registering.

No food services at the Plum Tree Club, nice welcoming by Shaquawn, the pool was nice and the complex being in a golf club was quiet.

The apartments are in need of an update. I didn’t sit on the sofa because cushions’ fabric appeared so old that I doubted how clean they were. Housekeeping and towel change is done every other day. Housekeeping is so light that at some point I asked one of the chamber maids to have my bathroom cleaned; there were even dead mosquitoes around the bathroom sink. Although the complex is calm and safe I had the issue of not being able to lock up the window door. The locking mechanism on the window frame no longer works so instead of fixing it or replacing the window they have attached a latch to the frame that you have to force in to fully lock it. Maintenance man was able to do it once but myself I used a cork screw to undo the latch and could never fully lock it. No mosquito screen on the windows, I asked for them and was told they don’t have them; a can of “Raid” was left instead. The shutters by the kitchen window would close sometimes or I had to push them in from the outside. The apartment only has AC in the bedroom, the dials showing the temperature on the stove burners do not coincide with the actual temperatures. I kept on turning the dials to “High” and getting no heat, turned them to “1” or “2” and those were actually the “High” temperatures. Additionally, the complex is too far away from the beach so you have to take expensive taxis back and for or walk 20 minutes each way under intense sun and heat. They offer a shuttle service to Rockley Beach but after a first and only experience with “Clyde” the shuttle driver I preferred to walk than dealing with his rude behaviour. He treated me like I was one of his kids and not a paying customer when he picked me up at the beach. I was two steps away looking for him because it was approaching 5 pm and he wasn’t there. He arrived right at 5 pm and lectured me: “I told you to be right here” I told him I was just next and he mumbled something about having to pick up his wife; a totally unprofessional outburst.
