"Perfectly fine for one night"

Decent business hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shower was roasting and powerful. located about half way between the jetty and the airport. Nice, casual dining area around the swimming pool, open until 11pm. Food was good and very reasonably priced.

Reception was a little stern, but efficient, very little information forthcoming. Don't buy alcohol here, at 12 euros per bottle of beer you'll fall out of your seat.

"Outdated Hotel"

Outdated hotel, the room and bathroom need more lightings, a lot of stains on the carpet and you can feel the dust, at least the hotel sandal helps. But this is the only chain hotel in Tarakan, so really don’t have any other choice, unless you don’t mind staying in local unknown brand hotels.

"Good stay nearby airport"

"Staycation and bussiness"

The best location hotel in tarakan, near of market, airport and shoping center. The staff so friendly, the one and only have swimming pool my child so happy when we come to tarakan and staycation on swiss-belhotel tarakan, nice place to staycation and quality time with family, i have job here and my family get their holiday.

"Best hotel in town"

Professional services with full hospitality. The hotel provided airport pick up service for free. I was staying for 2 weeks and did not have any difficulties. Bapak Didi (hotel assistance) is very helpful. Definately will come back...

The hotel was fine for the area and OK for my one night BUT they shuttle to the airport started way too late, that to me was unheard of and if you wanted it earlier you had to pay a high price.

"Best hotel experience in tarakan"

I stay for 2 night at this hotel and more then i expected. The service from doorman, reception and housekeeping is outstanding. Easily to greet with smile an offering assistance. The GM - Mr. Ireng is very hotelier mindset, warm to every guest including myself and easily to call for discussion in regard my stay experience. This hotel totally recommended for those who visit to tarakan especially for me who will choose this hotel everytime visit this town

"Most Recommended Hotel in Tarakan"

Went on holiday with my family and choose this place to stay for a night before going on trip to Derawan Island. Located not too far from the airport. Has breakfast buffet with many choices of food and beverage. The food was delicious tho. Friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality at its best. Best place to stay in Tarakan!
