Great location and clean.

Early check out time of 10am.

The property was close to near by attractions, restaurants and shopping.

I didn’t like that the unit we stayed in was older than what was advertised in the pictures. There is a sign on the thermostat that reads your unit is a central air system and to some degree they will place the unit in heat mode 60 degrees or below or AC mode when it’s above 60 degrees. Our room stayed at a consistent 74 degrees. A little hot for my comfort and considering the amount guest pay for a room this should be published on your website and third party websites. Might not seem like a big deal, to me it is for a comfortable stay and sleep.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Lots of parking and staff provides excellent customer service. It's also close to the outlets

We did not partake in the amenities. Our only complaint was the people upstairs were very loud into the night both nights that we were there!

Beautiful surroundings and very clean. I look forward to a return trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The villas (aka condos) were very spacious. The pull out bed was hard as a rock, even our twin 9 year olds had a hard time sleeping on it. The bed itself was firmer, but was fine. The floors were not particularly clean. They were vacuumed but all of our socks were quite dirty just by walking around. You can tell that the stairwells and common areas are a bit worn/older. The indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Our boys loved the indoor pool because it was heated. They also enjoyed playing pool in the main building. Overall, I would stay here again if we were in the area.
