The room was extra big amd clean great vaule for the price

Very clean, nice room, attentive staff.

Asked for room close to elevator for husband with disability. Gave us a room with no parking in front due to parking lot maintenance. Room was also not that close to the elevator.

I NEVER leave reviews, but I feel I have to warn everyone about this resort so no one else is as disappointed as we were. Pool: The indoor pool was freezing. Staff insisted it was set to 83° year-round, but anyone who’s done physical therapy in pools knows that is completely untrue. No one was using the pool, and when we asked staff to check it, they never followed up. If you’re expecting to relax and unwind, you won’t be able to. Room: Our room was constantly humid. Everything felt damp, which ruined all of our food and anything else that could absorb moisture—clothes, paper, or anything sensitive to humidity. The beds and furniture had no cushion and were so uncomfortable that they even caused back pain for my husband, who never complains of back pain. There was no table to sit at, and we could hear neighbors on both sides and above us constantly. It was impossible to rest or feel comfortable. Activities: Bowling cost $30 for just a half hour, which is absurd compared to other local options. Putt-putt also had an extra cost. None of this was clearly stated in the advertising, which is misleading. Overall experience: We do not understand how this resort has such good reviews. Either negative reviews are being removed, or they pay people to post fake positive ones. This stay ruined our first vacation in four years. We would NEVER have chosen this resort knowing what we know now. Ways to improve: - Warmer pool water suitable for leisure and relaxation. - Proper room ventilation to prevent dampness. - Comfortable beds and furniture with proper cushioning. - A table and chairs in the room. - Improved soundproofing between rooms. - Clearly state additional costs for activities like bowling and putt-putt. We feel completely misled by the advertising and reviews. This was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay in any way, and we want others to have the full picture before booking.

I loved that there were activities on site. We really didn't need to leave the property unless we wanted to.

Wonderful room. Very clean and the convenient. The kitchen was excellent for a family trip.

Room was very nice for the price, shower it was not 100% clean. Woman’s hair left on the shower wall. The bed was also not the comfiest either.

The room and staff are amazing! Have been on four different occasions and have not had anything less than a great experience!

Our family spent a few days at this resort last week and enjoyed our time away. We were impressed with the spacious 1BR villa. The main bedroom was a good size and my mom who was travelling with us was content with the sofabed situation. It was great to have the full kitchen as well as laundry in the suite. The mattress wasn't super comfortable, but bearable. The room included a king size bed, chair, and two nightstands with lamps. A ceiling fan was a big bonus! The bathroom included a jetted corner tub/shower combo as well as an apartment-style washer/dryer. They even included laundry soap! The kitchen was basic with a double sink, stove/oven combo, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, blender, and dishwasher. I was thankful that dishes were provided, also! A sponge, dishwasher tabs, and dish soap were available, too. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were very dirty and our feet got filthy pretty quickly. Also the tub jets did not look the cleanest. We did not use them, but I made sure that my toddler didn't touch them during bath time. Overall it was a good experience. With the rambunctious toddler, we were glad to have some extra space for her to run & play. It made a big difference!

Out of all the places that we've stayed at in Williamsburg, this place by far is the best! We stayed in a 1-BR and it was immaculate. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, professional and ensured all of our needs were met. A special shout out to Kimberly, Ash and Tiara for their over-the-top hospitality.
