Die Anreise verlief problemlos. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat beim entladen des Gepäcks geholfen. Die Pancakes, welche beim Frühstück a la carte serviert wurden. Das Zimmer. Großartig. Toller Turn Down Service.

Service Personal beim Abendessen ist nicht ausreichend geschult. Teilweise funktionierten einfachste Service Vorgänge nicht. Zum Beispiel denn bestellten Aperitif für alle Gäste zusammen zu servieren oder überhaupt einen Digestif anzubieten. Der Ruhebereich der Sauna ist viel zu klein. Es gibt keine Erfrischungen oder kleine Snacks direkt im Saunabereich.

"Great hotel, highly recommended"

Beautifull hotel, excellent breakfast, great service by the staff (especially lady with the name Miriam), great Spa. Top level hotel and we would come back.

Dinner - limited variety of options to choose from but each dish is with very good quality.

مساحة الغرفه كانت جيده والانترنت جيد

بعيد نسيا عن السنتر عزل الأصوات ضعيف كان بالامكان اعطائي غرفه هادئه وطلبت بذالك لكن لم يتم التجاوب لطلبي مبلغ التامين كان عالي 200 يورو لكل ليله وكل غرفه وبعد مفاوضات شاقه اخذو ربع المبلغ كان حجزي مقابل وجبتين لكن للاسف لم يتم التنسيق مع المطعم بذالك كتجربه خاصه فيني لن اكرر التجربه

"Gutes Hotel aber reicht nicht ganz für 5 Sterne."

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, doch für 5 Sterne hat es nicht gereicht.

Personal schlecht bis kein Deutsch, aber sehr bemüht. SPA Bereich- im Pool fehlende Fließen. Deckenfouniere lösen sich. Keine Vegetarischen Gerichte auf der Karte.(Wurde aber sofort eine gute Lösung angeboten).
