De prachtige ligging in de natuur. De kamers zijn prachtig,een beetje ouderwets, maar met goede smaak ingericht.

De inrichting van sommige ruimtes , het restaurant oogt kaal ,en s,avonds is het ongezellig verlicht. De bar is helemaal triest en ongezellig verlicht.

"Skvělé, až na servis v restauraci"

Krásný hotel, skvělé bazény a velmi hezké SPA.

Bohužel obrovským zklamáním pro nás byl servis v hotelové restauraci – zapomínali na objednávky, neuklízeli stoly po hostech, kteří už odešli, extrémně dlouho trvalo než jídlo přinesli, neměli pro nás rezervovaný stůl a podobně. Na druhou stranu je potřeba uznat, že když jsem toto řekl na recepci při check-outu, tak nám odečetli z účtu pití z restaurace. Bylo také vidět, že hotel byl plnější než očekávali, takže bylo celkově nedostatek personálu všude, což také zapříčinilo, že nefungoval bar u bazénu.
