Das einzige was uns gefallen hat war die Lage!

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Es wurde ausschließlich Englisch gesprochen oder sehr schlechtes Deutsch. Das Personal im Restaurant und Küche war sehr überfordert, alleine die Getränke Aufnahme war schwierig. Das gesamte Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Keinen 5 Sterne!!!

We recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol for a four-night honeymoon, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class, making our special celebration truly unforgettable. ​The staff here is outstanding. We want to give a special mention to Marianne and Robert from the concierge team, who were absolutely amazing. They provided us with all the information we needed and gave us incredible restaurant recommendations that made our evenings perfect. Their expertise and helpfulness really stood out. ​The hotel facilities are top-tier, especially the spa. It is a beautiful space to relax, and the massage we received was excellent. We were even touched by the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary honeymoon massage. A huge thank you to our massage therapist, who was fantastic and highly professional. ​Everything about this hotel—from the facilities to the personalized service—is excellent. We highly recommend Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol to anyone looking for a luxury experience. We can't wait to return!

Tesis çok geniş çok ferah tertemiz hiç kalabalığı hissetmeyeceğiniz şekilde planlanmış konumu gayet iyi odaları konforlu ve güzeldi.

Sezondan dolayı birkaç gün önceski in Out yapabileceğimiz yanındaki lift kapanmıştı fakat tabi bu otelin bir kusuru değil .

Genug Platz, schöne grosszügige Zimmer, Lage Skigebiet Jochberg sehr gut, Küche sehr gut, nettes bemühtes Personal

Sehr gutes vielfältiges Frühstück (Avocado/Beerenobst leider nur mit Aufpreis verfügbar). Nähe zum Lift. Schwimmbadgröße.

Unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche im Badezimmer - für Abhilfe wurde kurzfristig gesorgt, Danke; Kommunikation mit Personal überwiegend über Englisch (für mich kein Problem); Zimmer könnten ein wenig Modernisierung erfahren (abgewohnter Sesselbezug).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Beim Frühstück wurde uns der bestellte leckere Cappuccino und die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen sehr schnell gebracht. Es gab keine Wartezeiten. Eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, leckere Säfte, alles was das Herz begehrt. Täglich gab es am Abend eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Kidsclub ist gut ausgestattet. Schön wäre, wenn der untere Bereich auch nach 20 Uhr für die großen Kinder geöffnet bleibt.

Eine Teeauswahl im SPA Bereich hat mir gefehlt. Der große Außenpool ist in der Tat zu kalt. Das Abendessen verträgt eine Prise Salz.
