The Elanza Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall it was an ok stay but we had the rudest treatment from office guy Mr. Arjunan Nair who checked us out. In our opinion he is not fit to be in the service industry with his level of rudeness to his guest. I hope the management will look into this seriously otherwise they will be losing customers for sure.

AC leaked overnight, flooded floor. Called twice in the morning for fix.

Had a 1 night stay everything was good and no complain,service and breakfast all were good.

Nice big room. Very clean and good location for the cricket stadium and Church Street bars.

My fam loved everything ! Amazing stay! Staff at cafe is super and very attentive. Love the ambiance! Hotel rooms very clean and would def stay here again and again! Strategic location can get auto or Uber easily.

Property was clean and decent. Room was also comfortable and definitely boutique. I would recommend this place to those going to Bangalore.

The reception staff could do with some etiquette lessons, such as smiling a little. They come across as really rude, and don't even bother to smile when they look at you. It's like you'll be waiting for the elevator, and they'll stand at the reception staring at you, and not even smile if you look back, even if you smile to them. The rooms are a little small. The speaker for the tv was in the bathroom, which was weird if someone was in the shower and the people outside wanted to watch. My 5 yr old turned on cartoons at a blast because he couldn't hear the tv, which deafened my husband in the shower. Also, the shower enclosure leaks, so that the water comes out all over the bathroom. The breakfast menu is really limited, serving only St Indian breakfast and eggs. The restaurant manager was shouting at his staff inside the kitchen which could be heard in the serving area, which made it very awkward for me when the server came back out. But, middle of the city, easy access to public transports.

Visited this hotel for a official visit to Bangalore, turned out to be a luckiest one for me, Location was very helpful to reach my cleints on time. Coming to the hotel part Hotel is Very tidy n Clean Linens were very clean n comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty mostly of south indian dishes, well conneceted internet and calm environment for a peaceful work place Security was very helpful in suggesting the local travel points. Hereafter The Elanza Would Be My Preferred Hotel Whenever Visit Bangalore..

Good hotel to stay, ambience was good decent breakfast, reasonably priced menu worth of every single penny. Staffs were very helpful n courteous, location is added benefit, thank you team elanza for a memorable stay look forward for my next visit with you guys

The room was musty. The sheets had flint. Overall not a good experience. Will never go back. The breakfast was very basic. The carpet in the common area was not clean. Will not go back. The hotel needs a complete revamp if they want to survive in the market
