The Elanza Hotel

The hotel overall feels a bit dark but rooms have plenty of lightings. Room was big enough like pictures but pillows were very “tired”, the bed linen the same way, had a small hole on it but had a comfortable sleep. The worst was the shower, only slightly warm water and rain shower had was non functional and rusty. wifi and wired connections were good. Breakfast was normal. Some places to eat around but May not be the best .

Stayed on business and despite the ratings and review, it was well under expected. Location is central, true, some caffes and restaurants around. The staff is ok. Check in is fine but they forgot to tell me the wifi password. To praise, a gentleman from the restaurant is very attentive and his way of handling people was very good. The room was a good size, as per the pictures, mainly the bed arrangement; the pillow cover was clean but the pillow itself was a very "tired" one, the ones in the wardrobe looked the same way, you see it when you touch it and ok to sleep but no shape anymore. The linen was "tired" looking too there was a hole but ok. I could sleep comfortably apart of these factors. Bathroom/ shower is one of the things I most value in my business trips and the shower , I could activate only the handle, not the rain shower on top. I'm sure they did a refurbish but the shower head looks like not possible to use as it was corroded too.It is winter time and the night was a bit chilli but I could not get hot water, only mildly warm...that was the major factor for the rating as I want a nice hot bath to refresh and relax after a day of work/traveling. Some mold signs in the bath corners but just ok. Wifi and wired internet was decent, there is a spot on the work desk where you can wire, charge all gadgets, no problems to do work. Breakfast was ok, Indian food and some fruits, the standard offering. Room lights are plenty. The aircon, despite been winter, I was able to heat it , it was just aircon and had to turn it off . The tv I was not able to access any channel. There are other options in the same street for foreign business travelers.

i only stayed 4 hours, it was that bad

i have been staying in this hotel from past 8 years. But haven't had chance from past 2 year after covid. This was first time after covide and the hotel quality has declined a lot. The room i stayed in, had broken chair, faulty water system, dirty sheets & no basic toilet article except a toothbrush & paste. The sofa was dirty and torn apart. The A/C control system was broken, except either keep it on or switch it off. overall was poor stay feeling this time.

Good location. That’s about it. The couch was stained badly. No coffee in room. Bathroom not clean. I guess you get what you pay for.

For thr price they charge, it is a decent hotel but having Ants near the coffee maker in the room is what pissed us off.

Nice modern hotel that met my expectations.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Poor sanitation, poor breakfast, strong noize at night, not customer oriented stuff. I've booked and prepaid a hotel for 2 weeks, checked out after the first day with an explanation to the hotel employees of the reasons. They rejected to refund money for the stay which is 14 nights was just a "present" to them

The bed was not comfortable and pillows were very old and didn't give any support. I stayed at this hotel for over half a dozen times. I requested for two hours late check out which was declined. When I left my room at 12:00 noon, there was 5 vacated room waiting to be cleaned and there was nobody working on that floor to clean rooms. What was the logic denying late checkout to a repeat guest when nobody was going to clean my room for over next 3 hours???

Too small rooms and AC didn't work properly. the bed spread and sheets were not very clean. Also it had poor lighting
