El Taj Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel

The location is really good. Very close to the main street, where restaurants and most shops are. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was good as well. There was a Bluetooth speaker inside the room, which was very easy to use and very practical too.

The one thing that I really did not appreciate was the fact that there was no breakfast. For the price they were charging, there should be one. At least an option to serve something to the rooms.

La ubicación, bien equipado.

El departamento tiene 3 televisores y ninguno funciona llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que se requería instalar una caja y que enviarían un tecnico, solo una tv quedo activa lo cual esta bien pero no entiendo porque tuvimos que llamar para activarla eso debió estar listo, cual es la razón de tener 3 televisores si no están activos? Lo peor de todo fue que el aire acondicionado en una de las piezas emitía mucho ruido lo cual no nos permitió dormir bien, lo informamos en recepción y nos indicaron que enviaran un tecnico, ese día desapareció una bolsa con souvenirs que nadie pudo encontrar. Se que es difícil poder controlar esas cosas pero fue muy decepcionante y opaco toda nuestra estadía.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool and restaurant were very nice. Excellant and friendly service. The location was very convenient. You could walk easily almost anywhere.

The only bad thing was the beach. It has mostly eroded away and the sargassum was very bad on several days. I totally understand this can't be controlled by the resort. The staff worked relentlessly to keep the seaweed away.

We loved the fact that it are apartments instead of a hotel room, directly next to the sea. The apartment felt spacious and everything worked perfectly. We loved the fact that our apartment was close to the pool and the restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Although it is next to the sea, there is not much of a beach unfortunately, so to enjoy the beach we had to go to other places in playa del Carmen. There was a bit of a sewer smell in the apartment and the apartment was a bit dark (not much natural light).

- Les espaces piscine étaient très bien ! - Les chambres étaient bien équipées et aménagées - L’emplacement : à 2 minutes à pied de l’avenue principale et pour autant préservé du bruit des bars de nuit) - Le personnel est efficace et a su répondre à nos attentes (changement de chambre à cause du bruit extérieur par d’autres personnes) - La literie est incroyable !

- Dommage de ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner inclus. Le petit déjeuner proposé par leur établissement partenaire était cher : 20 euros par personne et pas exceptionnel - Notre première chambre sentait le renfermé - Il serait préférable d’indiquer lors de la réservation que certaines chambres donnent sur rue

L’emplacement etait bien c’était propre et l’accueil parfait
