The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail.

We encountered significant problems with the reception staff. Upon check-in, we were met with exceptional arrogance from one of the staff members. A security deposit of $250 was taken for potential damages, which is understandable. However, in the end, under false and absurd accusations of theft, a significant portion of the deposit was deducted. Despite several attempts to contact the staff by email with explanations and a request to locate the missing item (which was undoubtedly left in the apartment), no one even bothered to respond. Simply arrogant!

Amamos o hotel. Foi excelente nossa estadia e experiência.

Alguns quartos estavam com umidade e cheiro de mofo. Principalmente os próximo ao mar.

After 2 p.m. everywhere is in the shade, the beds by the main pool are constantly in the shade and the ones at the beach and is the shade also

La réception, personnel très froid et pas très démonstratif. Aucune explication si on pose pas de question. Parfois du bruit le soir, mais on savait qu'on était à Playa.
