Some of the staff, especially F&B head. The aesthetics of the place

Very expensive, no value for money, very poor maintenance and the complimentary breakfast was also bad the first day I had it- it was too crowded and we had to wait for a table which isn't a very 5 star experience. Bathrooms were extremely small and very cramped up, i hit myself several times going in and out.

"Overall okay but the AC temperature control not working was unpleasant to me."

Location, staffs courtesy.

Room facilities were not up to mark. Water was dripping from AC line in the room. There was no use of AC control unit. Changing temperature wasn’t working. It was always going to lowest value.
