The location, hygiene, and staff were good.

The room temperature was not controllable. It spiked and cooked the room. Apparently controlled centrally where they think 25 degrees is good whereas some people like it cooler. Parking was available but cramp,. especially if there comes a fleet of large vehicles.

Room comfortness and breakfast was good

In-room service could be improved as picking up the phone took a while on multiple instances. 2nd day check-in took a while and the person(male) at the reception took a while to process the check-in paperwork. And while we were tired and requested if the payment could be done during check-out, the person was adamant for the payment to be done during checkin. would be good to have someone who is experienced as people come from different cities or places
