Room small. Great location. Housekeeping superb. Reception staff great. Unusual entrance - easy to miss the sign.

Very close to the train station and easy access to Matsumoto Castle and nearby shrines.

Check in only took two minutes, very easy, access to rooms only with your room key. Location was perfect, easy to get around tue town and a lot of restaurants around, as well as a 24hr convenience store in the building.

Lobby on 10th floor, free coffee and tea in lobby, kettle and hot plate in room, lingerie drying rack, desk supplies router and ethernet cable for Wi-Fi

Close to the train station and many restaurants and bars, there is a grocery store across the street and a fridge in the room. Walking distance to the castle. What you would expect from a business hotel - small but clean and perfectly adequate for our need.

Across the JR station very handy for exploring japan alpine route. we send all our suitcases to Kyoto. They have service for this and really gave us good service. Beds a little hard, but ok for two nights. Ideal situated and very clean.
