USThe room was bigger and more comfortable than the last two I had in Rome on the previous two weeks. Close to the beach.
Breakfast, (no fruit, no eggs, no milk, no cereals, had to ask and wait for a cup of coffee). Loud music and yelling from restaurant across the street. Getting there from Rome airport was difficult, no public transportation.
ILThe location is great - off the coast, 15 minutes away (by car) from the Airport. The Room was clean. The staff were nice. The place has a lot of potential but still needs some work.
Towels were very thin and felt like sheets, AC didnt work, there was no blanket - only a sheet. In general it felt like the place was just opened after a while of being closed and still needs many touchups to get back "in shape". Breakfast area had a bad "stuffy" smell so we even skipped breakfast.
GBThe Location is fantastic, the staff lovely and very helpful The rooms and bathrooms very clean, large and spacious. The provision of bicycles to use any time was fantastic!
The toiletries provided were extremely poor, little tiny sachets of soap that were to wash your hands, shower with etc.. No tea and coffee facility or provisions in the rooms at all and a reluctance to provide hot water to make our own if we asked for any outside of the breakfast hours. The breakfast was a bit grim.

CZGood location just a few steps away from the beach. There are bicycles to use for free. Breakfast is fine, we just miss some salty options because there were only cakes (very tasty, though!).
The room was hot and the AC wasn’t working even after the staff checked it. We stayed one night only and in the evening it was fine.

ITNice location and friendly staff. I didn't expect that I could see the landscape of the sea from my room.
Nothing. If I must say, my favorite fruit; banana wasn't there when breakfast. (Instead of that, apples, pears and kiwis were there)
