随時対応してくださる姿勢がよかったです。夕食の混雑時間の案内もあり、事前の対応が素晴らしかったです。

部屋にあるお風呂とトイレに換気扇がなかったで、臭いがこもりました。尿石のような臭いがしました。食事も1番混んでいる時間帯に行ってしまったから仕方ないのかもしれませんがら補充が追いついておらず、味もちょっと残念な感じでした。

夕朝食のビュフェは種類も多く満足。

子供が星を見るのを楽しみにしていたが、聞くとあまりよく見える日は少ないとのこと。事実、何も見えませんでした。お天気次第なので貴ホテルの責任は有りませんが、既にロープウェイが運航終了でしたので、元々この季節は無理なのかと実感。スキー中心のホテルでで施設の劣化も見られることから、星が見えなければ何の魅力もないホテルと感じてしまいました。（スミマセン。厳しい意見で。。。） NASPAニューオータニなどを参考にされてはいかがでしょうか。
