Excellent ambience... Very Courteous, friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Convenient transportation. Numerous, delicious cuisine choices... Clean, well-eqipped rooms. Suggestions: 1. Frequent light sensor switch-offs were annoying. 2. Transportation frequency at times was inadequate.

I did not receive my welcome drink upon arrival as stated by Expedia. The walking distance from the room to the lobby was too much some days and nights in the heat. Had to wait a while for a shuttle bus sometimes. Encountered cockroaches in the room on the first couple of nights. I had to get the room fumigated and place a towel under the door to stop it. The handle on the balcony door broke off and had to be replaced. Upon inspection it was clear that it had been broken a few times before. The plug in the bath was broken and had to be replaced. I used the bath twice and strangely after the bath had been drained the hatch in the bathroom ceiling started dripping water. Maintenance had to come to drain something. The bathroom lights were on a sensor, which is a design fault. At first they wouldn’t stay off, even if I was in the next room, or just came on by itself during the night. I had to get the sensor replaced which fixed the issue, however as they work on a sensor and the sensor was placed in the middle of the bathroom the lights would go out if you were in the shower cubicle. There were workmen dotted around everywhere cementing walkways and laying bricks. Workmen started drilling on the roof of a building at one of the pools one afternoon. There were areas of the resort that were noticeably smelly. The shoreline of the beach was full of smelly seaweed which had to be cleaned up by a tractor. Ultimately we didn’t use the beach. More to add, but not enough characters.

From the moment we walked into the reception area we were treated like royalty. From a hydro spa treatment on the house to Adan that took care of our every need every day. We were pampered with dinner and cocktails at a different restaurant each night, with Carnal being absolutely fantastic!! The food was exceptional and variety plenty. Multiple pool areas to relax in. The resort was clean with staff continuously trying to make every moment memorable. Adan was truly amazing and planned our evenings to perfection. This was truly an amazing resort and an incredible experience!

Friendly staff andnlots of activities. Concierge and staff werent always on the same page. Mixed up our dinner reservations one night and didnt pick up our luggage ass aranged for our departure.

We had the most amazing time celebrating my husband's 38th!! We had many dining options and tons of entertainment through out the resort including a foam party, pool games and fire dancers as well as SO MUCH love music. We were able to easily book activities and we were welcomed by all the staff. Thank you to Adam for setting us up for success and to all the concierges. We will definitely be back one day with our future kids. ❤️✨🌴🐢⛱️💚

Location, size, entertainment, food, customer service, everything is excellent! I will be back for sure!

Is my second time coming, I could notice it was recently renovated and I loved it! Is a big resort with many different things to do. The rooms are great, with comfy beds and all you need . Great staff, specially out concierge Dereck he was excellent, always happy to help, with a great attitude and a big smile! The only thing they should work on is the ACs in the rooms that are not cold enough.
