The only thing is to get the luggage and the Bell boys to get it and to clean the room. I had some difficulty to schedule to clean the home every day they coming to clean the room in not convenient time and if you tell them to come later, they’re not coming so basically three days out of five days to clean it two times

We had an amazing experience at The Grand Sirenis Resort during our mother-daughter trip. We stayed in room 2619, which was nice and clean. My only complaint was that the A/C wasn’t as cold as I would have liked. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained, with outdoor areas that were spotless and full of life. We even got to see animals we’ve never seen before—including monkeys—which was such a special touch. The food was definitely a 10/10. There’s a great selection of restaurants, but I recommend making your dinner reservations as soon as you arrive. On two nights, the only available times for Hibachi and Peruvian were 8:15 pm and 9 pm, which meant we missed the evening shows. We did catch one show, though, and they had colorful costumes, talented dancers, and the female singer had a beautiful voice. One night, there was a band (I believe they were called Electronicbonics), and they were incredible. We danced the night away and had so much fun. I usually only visit a resort once, but I have to say I would definitely consider coming back next time with my husband. The only suggestion I’d make to the hotel would be to add a few more shopping options on-site. For travelers, I’d also recommend bringing along any medicine you might need for allergies or if you get sick, since buying it at the resort can be pricey. Overall, the staff were very nice, welcoming, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Definitely not a 5-star resort. Pictures speak for themselves, but here’s my experience: Upon arrival, I asked for a room closer to the beach. The receptionist, Luz (or Luiz), told me those rooms were only for guests who paid extra — which was not true. When we got to our room, it smelled of mold. After insisting and speaking with her manager, she suddenly said it was a “misunderstanding” in English. By then, we had already wasted a full afternoon going back and forth across the resort trying to get a decent room. The phones in the room didn’t work, and there were no numbers posted anywhere to reach staff. Pool chairs were impossible to find — many guests (especially large groups of Brits) left towels overnight or before pools even opened at 7 a.m., leaving nothing available unless you were extremely lucky. Food was average at best — nothing memorable. The beach was covered in sargassum, which left an unpleasant smell. Overall, this resort is nowhere near a 5-star experience. Between the poor service, lack of organization, and disappointing amenities, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend and will never return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sirenis. Our room on the third floor overlooking the ocean was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeper maintained everything well, and the fridge was stocked daily. The staff and service were excellent, especially Omar, head of guest services, who checked on us regularly and helped resolve an issue kindly and efficiently. We enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, which we were able to book easily through our concierge. Our ratings are as follows: 1. Butchers (Smoke and Grill), 2. Oishii (Pan Asian), 3. Bazaar (Mediterranean), 4. Lima, and 5. Pueblito Lindo (Mexican). Both buffet options were also superb, offering many choices. We spent an afternoon at the Spa enjoying the Hydrotherapy experience. My son was impressed with the gym, which was clean and offered many workout options. We appreciated the scenery - flora and fauna — although the beach was largely unusable because the sargassum had accumulated and was decaying, producing an unpleasant smell. Instead, we spent our time at the pools, where we found lounge chairs, though more could be done to prevent people from reserving chairs and not using them. There was plenty to do both on and off the resort. We enjoyed the hotel entertainment and the bars. We took two tours, which involved swimming with a whale shark, exploring the ruins of Tulum, visiting cenotes, and snorkelling with sea turtles. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation.

We had a few minor hiccups but overall the ground staff were excellent. We did 2 out of 3 of our party experience some travellers flu symptoms on different days/nights so that was a little unfortunate but these things happen. The restaurants booked up very fast. We wanted a day to walk around look at the menus as we checked I. Late in day 1 but by the middle of day 2 the restaurants we wanted were all booked. However, the buffet is excellent so we have no complaints regarding the food. Pools were clean. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you to Derrick our concierge and the rest of the hotel for an overall excellent week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya we’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights at this resort and we had a wonderful time. We managed to book 6 a-la-carte restaurants alongside the buffet, the food selection was plentiful and each bar had made different delicious cocktails. My favourite restaurant was the hibachi grill (the shrimp was incredible!) and the Carnal restaurant was fabulous entertainment. I loved the coffee bars also which have matcha, chai and iced lattes with fresh crepes! The property is definitely walkable and gives you a chance to get your steps in to offset all the buffet food! You will get to see so much wildlife from iguanas to monkeys putting on a show as you make your way from your room to the pool / beach. The resort has a very enjoyable lazy river and plenty of pools. I had read some complaints about the lack of sunbeds but the beach always had free beds and you can easily pull extra beds to the pool areas so we never had an issue (and we didn’t arrive at the pools until 11am!). I would also recommend the spa facility, their hydrotherapy and hot stone massages were the epitome of relaxing. The staff are very friendly, always willing to check in and help with anything you need. We had an issue with our aircon and someone was sent to resolve the issue within seconds. The staff here work tirelessly to cater to the needs of the guests, especially Eduardo in guest services provided us an exceptional service. Thank you Grand Serenis, we had a fabulous time!
