The check in process was terrible. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were amazing. The food for an all inclusive was great. The rooms are in a desperate need of an upgrade. The cleanliness of the rooms to the resort grounds need to be better

Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one. And if you have any further question, ask for Erick Medina, extremely helpful with meeting your needs.

Check in was late, maid services slow. Too many sales.

We have gone here 6 times . We brought our neighbours and their kids and they cannot get over the good and staff and resort. Renovated since we went . Shows are amazing grease, Micheal Jackson , light show. And craft market in Thursdays

Staff and service was great! Shoutout to Erick and Juan concierges. Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The themed restaurants were ok- the flavor just wasn’t there at all and food freshness was lacking. In fact, the buffet offered better taste and freshness. The nightly entertainment/shows could improve.

The air condition was not working in our room. The room was humid and hot. For several hours, I asked them to look into the problem. Their only responses will get a maintenance man to look into it. Not until midnight when my family I could no longer support The unbearable heat in the room. I had to go to the front desk and speak to a manager. You pay for top service and a luxury hotel but the room conditions are less than adequate.

Our room was ready 2 hours late and the hotel never reached out to us to make it right, even though the manager said they would. Will not stay here again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa after our recent stay! The property is natural and clean. The natural wildlife is amazing to see. The property is also HUGE but thankfully they have shuttles to drive you around, if need be. Though all the drivers were great, we especially loved our rides with Kevin. Our concierges Dario, Lluvia, Diego, Joseph, Erick, and Omar made sure our every need was met. They were so helpful when making dinner reservations, booking with Dolphin Discovery, and booking spa treatments. In the spa, Carla was especially attentive and made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in until the shuttle was ready to pick us up and return us to our room. The breakfast and lunch buffets are great! Marcelo and Francisco always made sure we had a table right away and helped us with drinks immediately. The evening restaurants are EXCEPTIONAL. Carnal is a MUST GO TO! The food is delicious and the singers and dancers make for a night you won't soon forget. At Oshi Hibachi, Reynaldo (chef) put on an amazing show and the food was perfectly seasoned. Pueblito Lindo has such delicious, authentic Mexican food and fresh ceviche. The shows in The Platea Theater are top notch. We especially loved the Michael Jackson show! Overall, I give this resort a 12/10 because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!
