We had an unforgettable summer vacation at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lobby staff, setting the tone for an incredible stay. Special thanks to Erik Medina from Guest Services, who surprised us with pre-booked dinner reservations and gave us his contact info in case we needed anything—so thoughtful and helpful. The resort is beautiful and full of great amenities. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar, enjoying everything from non-alcoholic drinks to top-shelf cocktails thanks to the awesome bartenders Amilcar and Andres, who truly made our experience special. We also loved the ice cream shop and freshly ground coffee parlor—perfect for afternoon treats and morning pick-me-ups. Dining was a highlight—we enjoyed fantastic dinners at the Asian, Peruvian, and Mexican restaurants. Lunch at the beach bar featured a perfectly grilled ribeye steak and authentic Mexican cuisine. We also loved the burgers and hot dogs under the shaded pergola by the pool. The Spa was a treat—our hydrotherapy and massages were incredibly relaxing. Huge thanks to our concierge Jonathan and his helpful female colleague, and special appreciation to the golf cart drivers, who always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire staff made this a truly memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

My stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff—Erik, Omar, and Cesar—went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for a perfect vacation. The Day Xperience was a highlight, filled with fun activities, beautiful scenery, and unforgettable memories. Whether I was relaxing by the pool or exploring the resort’s stunning surroundings, everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and joy. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and excited to return!

The room needs upgrades!!

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation.

The service was bad specially with cleaning the room the food was ok also internet was bad comes and goes also peoe puts their towels from the night before abd its always no were to sit on the pool specially if you have kids you don’t want to sit under the sun also the beach was bad you can’t swim at all alot of sea weed and its also rocks their is no sands only were the chairs and the umbrella is

Fantastic resort!! Exceptional service staff and service. We spend 6 night at this resort and we didn't even need to leave the property. If you go to this resort make sure to get in touch with OMAR at guests services!! And Diego and Dario from the concierge. The will make your vacation an experience. The pools and the pool activities are fun and kids will have fun! Much appreciated thell the hospitality and making it memorable for my family!!

One of the best all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff is friendly especially Karen and Eric Medina who gave us a complimentary hydrotherapy at the spa!! Our flight was early and they were so kind to accommodate us at the buffet and able to check-in early at 1pm instead if 3pm. But probably because it is already the beginning of the slow season, nevertheless they were awesome to let us in early! Our stay was epic, we loved the quiet pool, the lazy river and the kids enjoyed the wildlife at the resort!! Food was great too!! The rooms however are a little dated and our room was a little warm to my liking..The conceirge in building 10 are very helpful..Dario and Diego! Overall excellente!! Would recommend!!
