I stayed here for 4 Nights with my boyfriend & we loved this place! Everything was beautiful and we got taken care by Erik Medina from guest services. Erik was really kind and friendly! I would definitely come back!

Another great trip to Grand Sirenis. What a beautiful resort, the nature is incredible, the staff is so so nice, and we will be back soon. The best thing about the property besides the beautiful grounds and amenities was the people. We were amazed by the top notch service and attention. We aren’t resort members but you wouldn’t know that by the great attention we received from Karen, Marlen, Edgar, Erik and Juan. We can’t wait to visit again! The seaweed issue was a bit of a disappointment but there was so much to do and see in the area. We had the best vacation!

Our trip to this resort from the beginning was nothing but a pleasure. Its our 5th trip in 3 years and this trip has been at another level due to Expedia staff that has catered to our every need including dinner reservations and souvenirs. Big thank you to Edgar, Eric and Marlen. They made our trip super memorable. We are still here but looking forward to the next visit.

The odor was Terrible and unbearable. The staff said it was seaweed but it was extremely bad to the point we became stomach sick. The pools were dirty and all the area around the pools and walkways were absolutely disgusting. Limited staff and delayed room reception even though we communicated the ENTIRE TIME before flight and after flight and during drive to resort. No rooms view to anything but dirty and broken trees. Sad very sad and disappointing.

Service was great. Transportation was limited. Lobby very inconvenient from rooms. Not enough transportation for the elder. Not all room are equally air conditioning. We had four rooms and only two were cooled the other two where hot. Moved from hot room to warm room. Not enough place in the shower to put your own soap or shampoo.

Más los restaurantes por reservación. Mr. Edgar Ponce sumamente atento desde el primer día que llegamos. Atento para nuestras reservaciones de restaurantes, siempre listo para cada detalle de nuestra estadía. Ayudando bastante para cambio de habitación. Logrando todo para nuestra estadía. Buena Suerte!
