When I checked into the hotel, the hotel staff said that there was no order from Booking.com. After repeated verification, it was the hotel staff who did not confirm the order, which caused my check-in to be delayed. Please check and reply, otherwise I will file another appeal.

Excellent location with very close access to Couthouse Metro station. So easy to get to downtown DC sites. Delicious breakfast every morning. Comfy beds and great shower pressure. Equipped efficiency kitchen for eating in. Nice pool and hot tub. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved it and will stay again!

One lifeguard was not friendly at all so made us feel unwelcome. The other one was friendly and welcoming.

"Ideal for Business Travel – Spacious, Clean, and Convenient"

I stayed at the Residence Inn Arlington Courthouse for a week while in town for work and was very impressed. It’s ideal for business travel—rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need: a comfy king bed, fast Wi-Fi, a clean bathroom with a bath, and a small kitchen area if you fancy making your own meals. The room was spotless throughout my stay. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming, offering a complimentary bottle of water and a cookie, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has a pool and a small gym with free weights and a good selection of cardio machines. Guests get a 10% discount at Fireworks Pizza nearby, which I tried on my first night—the food was good and it’s a convenient option. The only downside was the breakfast. While it’s included, it’s nothing to write home about. You might be better off heading to one of the nearby bagel shops or cafés for something a bit more exciting. Overall, a great place to stay for business—comfortable, convenient, and well looked after.

Awesome property clean. And close to a lot of things went to fire works pizza and didn’t ask for a discount but they gave me a discount because I was staying at the hotel and amazing pizza food and friendly people !!!
