Staff such ad Nicholas and Jonathon were wonderfull. Breakfast is very good here with lots of fresh fruit

I brought together several people for a cultural experience. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and kind.

I would definitely recommend hotel. It was nice and had all the amenities I wanted. Staff and manager were helpful. Got my laundry done in a few hours.

Very nice hotel, clean, the staff was very helpful even though we did not speak spanish very well. This was my 2nd time at this hotel and it is in a great location, near the mall and shopping in case you left something at home.

Very good service Colombian time. Breakfast included ....yummy. Dessert at dinner dark chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache inside topped with vanilla icecream and cookie with a taste of champaigne. Lovely.

Need to specify that the rooms rates are based on persons and not room. I book a room with 2 double beds for my kids, then I arrived at the hotel and they wanted to charge me for each kid.

The hotel is very good, rooms are big clean the bed is comfortable. The only cons about this hotel is the Gym, the treadmills were not working, only 2 bikes, the other equipments need maintenance so they were not working properly, the keys are another problem they usually doesn't work I had a colleague with me that everyday he had to call a staff to up with him to open his room because the key never worked, my key stopped working couple times.
