Perfect as always

I order a medium rare burger and was never able to get it right Due to the meat they use it was obvious that the patties were preformed and precooked Should of been told that they only serve one temp burguers. This would of save me the agrevation.

If you are a Colombian citizen but are a resident in a different country and you entered Colombia using the biometric scanners at immigration this hotel will charge you for taxes as if you were a Colombian resident. They not have updated their tax guidelines to accommodate for this scenario and will only exempt you if you have an entry stamp on your passport, so beware.

Great location for shopping and close to the Park of las leyendas. Hotel was newer and the pool was nice. Staff was decent. Management will screw you at checkout...it took us 45 minutes to have our bill explained to us. We were being double charged for things we did not consume...make sure you sign each Restaurant receipt that is going to be billed to your room. They take advantage of you...nickle and dime you on the way out. We had a terrible experience checking out...we told them if they could not explain the additional charges we would leave since we had a plane to catch. They took thier sweet time trying to figure out what and how they explain the extras that I believe management was pocketing on the side. It was pretty pathetic. We were not going to be taken advantage of, therefore we left. I told them call the police because we have a claim against them for fraud. This will continue onto the next question for this review.

What a disaster of a property. I've travelled millions of miles and stayed in hundreds of hotels but the service here was the most dishonest and unhelpful I've ever experienced the hospitality industry.

The Sonesta hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and personal. There was always someone to help with your Luggage, open the door or answer any questions you may have had. Great location and is adjacent to Guatapuri Mall with mamy stores. Taxis were also always available.

everything was great at this hotel , the great Sonesta hotel at the Valledupar , from the bell persons , front desk . batenders and all servers at the restaurant thank you very much we see you again very soon .

All is ok but in the morning i don’t have water to washing me, and the other hand the gym in the morning was closed
