The employees make my family likein home, always welcome , very organized fallow all protocols ,always smiles ,the food (breakfast) was fine in always attentive ,diner menu a lot of choices and great flavos excellent presentation ,the room (housekeeping) was great.

I was left alone in the restaurant! I went to the restaurant at about 5pm for dinner and wanted to have a glass of wine. The server came up to me and asked me what i wanted to order. The pool is very cold. The showers are hot. Strict and vigilant security. Right next to the mall which was nice. If you go in the door to the mall past the beer place and on the right there’s a jumbo grocery store that has everything you need. Very close.

I liked staff promptness and kindness. I only suggest for the staff who buss or pick up used dishes from dining table, to acknowledge us guess and just be courteous and let guest know when they’re coming from the back to clean table. Just needs to say excuse me or pardon. Only construction suggestion; pls NO scolding. I’m looking forward to return to Sonesta Vallwdupar this week too. Kudos Sonesta staff. 👍💪😊🇺🇸

"Pésima atención al momento del check-out"

Muy lindo, limpio, cómodo hotel y el servicio en general bueno hasta el día del check-out que (Jonathan) me atendió en la recepción y con pésima actitud me quería cobrar mas por otro huésped que no se quedo y por unas aguas que no me tome. La forma en la que me hablo es inaceptable e irrespetuosa. Deben tener mas cuidado de quien esta en esta posición pues son las cara del hotel. De resto muy bueno y placentero!
