Twin room.... clue is is the name, twin / two... but we were left 1 & 1/4 toilet rolls, 3 coffees, 5 milks, ..... only found out when we both needed the loo there wasn't really enough bog roll.... woke up in the morning & realised we couldn't come round with 2 cups of coffee. Daft things but they do really matter. Went in shower and shower gel was on the dregs. Housekeeping just aren't doing a good job..... £204 for the pleasure as well.

This is THE hotel to go to if your in Liverpool it provides a comfy room, bed and breakfast, a pool, free WiFi (not that good tough), great customer service AND a pool on the bottom floor

The location is great, staff was nice

No body lotion or hair conditioner, not enough glasses for the number of people booked in to the room, the pool was way too cold, hair dryer didn’t work, overall nice but too expensive for what it was
