"Lovely staff."

Good location and really nice rooms. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

We ended up moving rooms because our first room had a broken toilet and when we moved to the second room it had no power. It was soon fixed but it was a bit of a hassle to move.

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort, space. The Staff though were exceptional, everyone of them made the stay more comfortable, as a single mother travelling to a large city with my sons it was comforting & reassuring to know that if I needed anything it wasn't too much trouble for the staff to help me. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it be for business or pleasure.
