Emblem Hotel, New Friends Colony

They charge (RS 550) for railway station pickup, which is listed as free on the booking page! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, very near to Nizamuddin station, so it is very convenient to travel to different places. No metro station nearby however! The rooms are good the the beds are comfy, the bedding was a little dirty. The room condition is good and clean, but the bathroom had an old Jacuzzi kind of tub which was rusting at the water outlets! The towels provided were quite old and had some kind of smell as if not cleaned properly. The food was alright and the staff was good. They have a very efficient office desk; they can arrange local conveyance very easily, however their charge is quite high!

A really lovely boutique hotel at a reasonable price, the service staff were excellent and room was bright and clean.

if you are in a business trip, this will be a wrong selection. The bathroom is not clean. water boiler and even the cups are dirty. internet is the worst. opening an email took more than 15 minutes. I had to spend most of my time just to send the emails. I asked to the front desk to make the internet smooth. but no response. the most surprising was.... front desk andrestaurant is in combined. checking in and out guests can see you eating....too uncomfortable!! security is the only good side I found in this hotel.

Rooms were not spacious. Not worth the money. You can find better places by putting in little bit more money. Also, the rooms we book through online and if we book there itself by directly calling them are different. Don't know why they have this discrimination among room selection.

Its a nice hotel for the price they charge. But for the bathroom conditions and the very hard water they have, this could be a hidden gem because of the outstanding service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Good service. Nothing special or memorable. I think same quality is available cheaper in other good locations too, such as Hauz Khas.

Excellent value for money, comfortable rooms. Many things in the bathrooms need to be foxed. Limited menu but always very tasty food. Very cooperative staff.

The staff was extremely helpful. They had the best tasting watermelon I've ever had. I would stay there again.

If you enjoy having 4 people hanging over you as you eat in their restaurant, 6 people saying goodbye at the car when leaving each morning it would be OK, but I don't. The only reason they swapped me was for tips - so here's my tip, leave me alone to enjoy my holiday and I will give a tip. Outside of the hotel was disgusting and smelly. 2 hour drive from the airport not the advertised time.

Friendliness of everyone in the hotel. As I was approaching the hotel, I asked for directions. When we reached the hotel, one staff member was waiting to receive me. This good feeling continued thereafter. They gave a good buffet breakfast, with a personal touch. If the location of this hotel is suitable to you, it is an excellent choice.
