Emblem Hotel, New Friends Colony

They've tried hard to make this a stylish, boutique hotel, but it falls short of the mark. Too many broken tiles and dirt around shower to call itself a 4 star hotel!! Really not impressed by seeing a large rat in the restaurant area!

everything seems good with respect to the price considering the location of the hotel, but yes food needs to be improved a lot. In delhi how can people go wrong in making butter chicken and paratha. this was very sad. otherwise if you looking for a decent stay just for business it can be considered

The stay was comfortable, but nothing extra ordinary.The room I booked was with Breakfast complimentary, but the hotel charged for breakfast. The tariff was exorbitant compared to other three star hotels.

There for business but had some time for sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quite modern and free internet a plus. Drivers were knowledgable and friendly.

Although we just stayed one night, we found this hotel to be very comfortable and clean. The room wasn't fancy, but the bed was comfy with nice linens and the room had a super-charged AC. Free wireless was a big bonus, and the included breakfast was really good (good mix of Western & Indian options). Hotel was a 5-min pedi-cab ride to New Friend's Colony.

The hotel was very clean. The service was great and helpful. The free wireless was not very good. I guess you get what you paid for, not much. It is hard to find this hotel, but otherwise it's a very good hotel. Price of the hotel is very reasonable.

We arrived at the hotel late at night after a very long investigation by our cab driver. The hotel is very hard to find and nowhere near the Nizamuddin station as had been advertised. We ended up having to get up early to get a cab, and the hotel wouldn't even help us with that unless we took one of their expensive pre-arranged cabs. The whole hotel felt sleazy, but the worst part was how damp our room felt. It was just nasty, like walking into soup. The sheets and blankets were literally damp, and it took me 2 hours to fall asleep. The staff were not friendly and smiled like they were laughing at your misfortune of having booked such a horrible hotel. This hotel would not have been worth $15 a night, much less the exorbitant amount we paid. Horrible hotel -- for your own good, DO NOT STAY HERE
