It was a decent hotel, nothing amazing

Our first impression was location was sketchy, and upon entering there was a drunk man with a bottle liquor in the lobby and asked to use our restroom

"Clean and tidy. Poor location. Dirty, not maintained breakfast room."

Clean, tidy, friendly staff.

Breakfast is not well looked after. Get there early because things aren’t topped up when they run out. The location, while stating less than 2 miles to downtown, was not suitable for walking, as I had hoped. It is also located in a very seedy, rundown part of town. Not good value for money ($130 per night). Next time I will pat the extra $30 and stay in downtown.
