"Dirty rooms with no response"

The bed was soft and the wifi worked well

We waited 20 minutes to be checked in during the check in window timeframe. Paid extra for a hot tub that the faucet leaked and was dirty, so we couldn't use it. Room was dirty upon arrival. When we asked for it to be cleaned we were told no housekeepers were staffed until the evening. Left a came back in the evening and still no housekeepers so we had to sleep in a dirty room

"Worst stay"

Cold water was not working …the staff was very rude and not helpful The hot tub did not function properly…the house keeper went in my room without permission….the security guard was rude the location is horrible
