The hotel is really wonderful and it has been a great experience. The room was amazing and all the staff was superb. Such a relaxing experience with a great dinner and breakfast.

"Gorgeous onsen hotel in the hills with stunning views."

Everything … fabulous hotel in a stunning location with exceptional views ! The onsen thermal baths are simply wonderful ! Rooms are very nice and well equipped ! Super clean ! Loved the bath on the terrasse ! Food is amazing … what a selection ! Very good service as well ! But watch out with the dinner timings ! Not easy to change your slot once you get there !

Nothing about the property ! The bus journey there and back … not so pleasant !

"Struttura meravigliosa, gestione non all’altezza"

Il posto è spettacolare: sia il contesto naturale nel quale è inserito che la struttura proprio.

Poca attenzione del personale agli ospiti. Si tratta di una struttura termale immensa: con vasche comuni e private distribuite in posti anche lontani dalla struttura centrale. Nessuno che accompagni per illustrare da vicino il percorso. Noi abbiamo impiegato 15 minuti solo per capire dove andare. Lunghissime code a colazione perché c’è l’accompagnamento ai tavoli ma il personale non è sufficiente per questo tipo di servizio. Considerato che si tratta di un cinque stelle decisamente non economici questi limiti non dovrebbero esistere. La sera c’era uno spettacolo di musica: nella hall con poche poltrone e con orario coincidente con quello della cena. Un servizio eccellente ma gestito male per tempi e modalità Un peccato perché le stanze sono meravigliose, gli spazi comuni anche e c’è una cura infinita per ogni dettaglio architettonico. Estremamente pulito tutto
