"Ein tolles Erlebnis! Immer gerne wieder!"

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich. Der Fahrer, der uns an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt hat, ist sogar trotz Regen nach draußen gerannt, weil jemand von uns seine Tasche vergessen hat. Das Essen war super lecker! Und die Onsen sehr schön. Vor allem das Freiluftbecken war bei dem Regen ein schönes Erlebnis.

Es liegt etwas weit auf dem Berg und die Busfahrt war teuer. Haben zu spät gesehen, dass sie ein shuttle anbieten. Wäre super, wenn so eine Information über den Nachrichten-chat von booking.com laufen könnte.

-Traditional Breakfast is not very foreigners friendly. I wish Booking.com shows western style breakfast selection. -An English explaination of meals (how to eat, ingredients, etc)

"高級温泉旅館並の接客。食事も美味しいがお風呂は要改善"

スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、非常に快適に過ごせました。 食事もたいへん美味しくて、コスパが高いと感じました。配膳がもう少しスムーズだと良かったのですが、多分これは個人差によるものかと思います。 施設全体的に、そこそこ経年劣化しつつありますが清潔に維持されており、快適でした。 眺望もよく、強羅や湯元のように観光客がいないので静かに過ごせます。 フロントや客室スタッフは、倍以上の値段がする温泉旅館よりも質が高いと感じました。

残念なのはお風呂です。 ゴルフ場の利用者と共用なのは良いとして、10分おきに8名ずつホールアウトした客が、ローテーションして利用するわけですから、洗い場が足りません。 現在の浴室は宿泊者専用にして、フロント側に共用の浴室を新設すべきだと思います。 日帰り利用もあるようなので、真剣に考えて欲しいです。 泉質は本当に良いので何度も利用したいのですが、常に混んでいる状態になるので諦めざるを得ません。 風呂が改善されないなら再利用したくないと思うくらい、お風呂が残念でした。 タイミング良く一人の状態になったのですが、その際は本当に素晴らしいお風呂でした。 残念です。

周囲に他の旅館がなく ゴルフ場と背景の山や木々だけの景観が心地よい 施設は広いので　移動はやや距離があるが 空調が行き届いているのでさほど気にならない ラウンジなど施設がよく配慮され 何より　スタッフの対応がとてもリラックスできる雰囲気でした 温泉がとてもよい 浴場の設備がシンプルで 必要十分　何より清潔でした

Superbe établissement. Nous avons été conquis par l’expérience et le confort. Les bains sont chouettes et on y est presque seuls. Pratique également le transfert vers la gare d’Odawara.
