We enjoyed the half board meals and the onsen. The reception was nice and even picked up my other group of friends when I asked them to from the bus stop where the hotel has a shuttle bus service.

The free drinks at the lounge had an option for matcha drink but it only came out with water-downed milk. The coffee was fine though. Needs more sign for guests to take off their clothing in the onsens. I saw someone wearing their underwear and onsens are supposed to be done without any clothing. This is of no fault to the hotel but bigger signs might be needed.

Мы побывали в настоящем японском раю! Это место, где вы полностью окунетесь в атмосферу традиций и сможете по-настоящему отдохнуть. Сразу же выдают кимоно и теплые накидки – смотрится невероятно стильно и создает особенное настроение. Здесь действительно всё продумано для того, чтобы вы получили максимальное удовольствие и расслабление – как для тела, так и для души. А вид из панорамного окна на закат – это просто захватывающее зрелище, которое невозможно забыть. Опыт сна на традиционных футонах и дегустация изысканной японской кухни в красивейшей посуде оставили неизгладимое впечатление. Подача блюд тоже очень интересная и эстетичная. А посещение онсена стало настоящим открытием – после него чувствуешь себя абсолютно обновленным, словно заново родился! Отдельно хочется отметить весь персонал: они невероятно дружелюбны и всегда готовы помочь. Мы всем сердцем рекомендуем этот чудесный отдых в рёкане!

Kaunis ja tilava japanilaistyylinen huone, erinomainen onsen. Aamiainen ja illallinen olivat monipuolisia ja kauniisti laitettuja. Kaikenkaikkiaan pieniinkin yksityiskohtiin oli kiinnitetty huomiota. Muutenkin Hakone oli hieno kokemus.

Hotelli oli vähän kaukana kaikesta - vaikka hotellilta sai tosi joustavasti kyydin bussipysäkille ja pysäkiltä hotellille. Oletin että hotellin ympärillä olisi ollut ulkoilumaastoja.
