The location is in the heart of Phuket, making it easy to get to the city (15 minutes) and the beaches (30-45 minutes). The atmosphere is great and welcoming, and the staff were very welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully made, clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. From our Marina room (which we booked), we could even see the marina! The hotel building is about a 3-minute walk from the main building, and they provide a buggy shuttle service, so you don't have to walk. If I'm in Phuket again, I highly recommend staying here.

Great location for us … near to the School but fyi no much else

Birds at breakfast leaving their mess behind and pecking at the food at utensils which customers use. Choices in foods are very basic. Room was spacious but needed a good clean through.

Marina lifestyle at its finest. NH Boat Lagoon is located amidst a large harbour with views of luxury yachts. It is very easy to depart from the harbour to popular islands near Phuket. Hotel staff were extremely friendly especially the Front Office Manager who was very supportive and caring.

Very comfortable room and a million-dollar view! Perfect location for island hopping to Phi Phi or Phang Nga. No elevator (Marina side), but that’s a small price to pay for such a great vista. The staff are super helpful too. Highly recommended
