3 premiers je n'ai pas dormi....trop de bruits et de cris. J'ai même enregistré et fait écouter à l'accueil qui a mis 48h avant de réagir. J'étais à deux doigts de quitter l'hôtel car je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Chambre dans une annexe à 500 mètres. Ce n'est pas à ça que je m'attendais... J'ai même proposé de payer plus pour être vraiment sur le site de l'hôtel... Là pour lequel j'avais payé. J'ai payée pour 2 mais j'étais seule... Ce n'est pas correct qu'on vous envoie dans une annexe... Bref Une télé qui ne fonctionne pas pendant 7 jours alors que vous l'avez signalé.... A l'accueil qu'on vous réponde qu'est-ce que je peux faire quand vous leur faite écouter les bruits qui vous empêche de dormir c'est limite.

Breakfast was good. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! Perfectly spacious and clean. The beds were the comfiest and most spacious out of our entire stay in Thailand. The restaurants food was delicious and we enjoyed that this resort was its own little town. The staff there are great but seem understaffed.

There was no microwave or laundry room to do your own laundry. The hotel had to send out our laundry and it cost 2,800 Baht which was a pretty big price. The pool also looked dirty and kids area especially.

Clean, great pool area & restaurant overlooking the pool, a total resort feeling. The locality for the boat tours was great, you can wander the marina as well and their is a supermarket nearby as well as other cafes and restaurants to eat at.

The laundry was a bit expensive as a service from the hotel. They give you a discount for eating at the restaurant, but then add a surcharge, which is confusing, food was reasonable, not budget friendly though.

Not a great location for Phuket. There wasn't anything nearby if you're not launching a private yacht. The biggest issue of the hotel for me was how hot it was, the hotel lobby was open air and it seemed to be the hottest place in all of Phuket. There was hardly any air flow there, so any time spent in the lobby or restaurant area was really uncomfortable, and we were there during their winter. The bed is very firm- still slept fine, but not very soft.

Absolutely nothing. We left after one night. We had several complaint about the hotel including the food, staff were unhelpful & in such an isolated area. We had no garden chairs and despite us asking twice - still no chairs. The food wasn't great & its incredibly overpriced for somewhere with such a poor location.

Nobody took our complaints on board or offered to make it better.
