this hotel is poorly managed and needs a good shakeup.there appears to me that no-one cares to much on appearances of any sort.the swimming pool area lacks just about everything,got a bar as such but you cannot get a coffee from there.totally run down. the staff on the reception area apart from 2 ladies are very good too good for this hotel.stopped there for 3weeks and the bathroom was never cleaned at all

Staff looked friendly but not helpful. Rooms were in very bad state, Moved to a deluxe expecting more but got the same type of room with a room safebox, payed extra for this. Far from the entertainment areas in Pattaya. Could definitly get a better hotel for the price paid, would not recommend at all staying here.

Stolen my Gold Chain and very costly Camera by Hotel Staff. It was very painful. No help from Hotel staff and others bad food no services. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS HOTEL.

Location of this hotel is very good. You can get food, bars, super markets, massage parlours, taxi, internet and all facilities near the hotel and the beach is just 10 min away from the location and can walk. Good for 1 or 2 nights. If you want to stay long time in pattaya, you can walk on the street near hotel and find better hotels at cheaper price and good facilities.

Hotel worst dirty service worse booked their room for three people and got a small room with double bed was broken and a single bed is broken and the hotel refused to change a room or a bed on the grounds that what is on the first day I left the hotel and moved to another hotel I would like to win my account I already wrote you this but I did not get answer

The hotel is situated in the middle of of a major inexpensive entertainment area and is within close walking distance to The Central Department Store and Beach.

I was first shown a digusting room which I refussed to stay in. I was offered another at 5000b extra which was ok

As usual my stay here was nice and comfortable.

This hotel is a value for money. The reception and other staff are friendly. Reception has safety deposit boxes where you can keep your belongings to prevent them from being stolen. If you bring over a lady guest to your room, her ID is kept with the reception and when she is leaving the hotel, the reception calls you up to ask you if you are safe and all your belongings are there with you, so I gather that they care about your wellbeing. I would not recommend this hotel for families due to the neighboorhood, but this hotel is a must stay for single travellers, college students, friends etc.

When the hotel staff brought me towels, they're already smelled like mildew. Disgusting!
