Apparthotel de haut niveau, j ai apprécié les grandes chambres grande piscine chauffé, personnel professionnel et très serviable, je recommande vivement pour famille avec enfants

un tout petit bémol, hôtel un peu éloigné du centre, mais bon 15mn a pied c pas beaucoup

Air conditioning or fans should be included imo. However, it is clear in the booking that this is not included.

Die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Wir waren 9 Nächte in der Unterkunft und es wurden nicht ein einziges Mal von Haus aus die Bettbezüge gewechselt - das geht absolut gar nicht. Der Reinigungsservice hat das Apartment auch mehr schlecht als recht geputzt, bisschen fegen, das wars. Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass das Apartment ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Zudem hatten wir mehrmals im Bad Besuch von Kakerlaken (Wichtig: Die Abflüsse müssen permanent mit Gummistöpseln verschlossen werden, andernfalls kommen die Kakerlaken durch den Abfluss) - dieser Umstand spricht auch nicht unbedingt für hygienisch beste zustände.

Lovely and peaceful - a bit too quiet at times - no music (not even quiet music) allowed round the complex due to most apartments being owned privately. The small bar was lovely but not always open and when it was open, it closed early so couldn't always get a cold drink or a snack after about 5pm. Lovely friendly staff all round, bar, reception, housekeeping etc. 2 drawbacks to be aware of - the sunbeds cost 2.50 euro a day, the brollies were an extra 2 euros and a small table was 1 euro, all per day - which builds up - I don't think there should be a charge for these as you've already paid the hotel to stay there and these are really necessities - so just be aware - and also there is an extortionate 70 euro charge per week for the safe - there is no justification for this at all and we didn't use the safe but padlocked out valuables away in our case. So just something to be aware of. The location was a bit far away from the beaches, bars and restaurants - it was approx a 15 minute walk to to the start of the 'bay' and where you want to be - it kept us fit tho , but if you aren't so good at walking long distances maybe this wouldn't be the ideal place for you. The complex was spotlessly clean, the swimming pool was gleaming and warm and would suit older couples or families who don't necessarily want anywhere too lively. Beautiful, but we wouldn't stay here again.
