Paloma Beach Apartments

l'appartement hôtel très bien situé, pratique pour profiter des alentours et des activités à proximité. La piscine est très agréable et constitue un vrai point fort de l’établissement. Le quartier était calme et l’appartement très grand, ce qui a rendu le séjour confortable.

Nous avons trouvé dommage que presque tout soit payant en supplément, même les transats et les parasols autour de la piscine. La décoration de la chambre paraît un peu vieillotte et les essuies de bain n’étaient plus de toute jeunesse. Nous avons également été surpris que l’hôtesse vienne nous chercher pour le départ, ce qui a donné une impression un peu pressante.

The security. We were told by the reception that we can use the swimming pool at any time (there’s no closure time, just the bed banks are being removed within a specific time period), but the lady from the security started arguing and calling someone, asking for our room number and sending us off, telling us that’s it’s a closed area and no one is allowed there from 8pm. Although we had it also written that we CAN use it 24h but we just have to keep it quiet, what we would have respected anyways. So, this is actually the only bad experience that we had twice, we would’ve loved the security being in the loop/announced about the “closer time”. Apart from these little incidents, everything else was really nice, we loved our room 198 :) We’ve left a kitchen knife there too. There was no cutting knives in the kitchen so we bought one and had to leave it there. ;). Thank you for everything!

Lack of toiletry They could alert clients or residents before they arrive or via the booking how the living conditions are going to be. Some houses had very minimal kitchen equipment like there was no knife or spatula or even a pan for cooking eggs and this is a self catering . When I asked they said they don’t provide such , how will I cater for my stay if you don’t provide catering staff. After 5pm good luck getting any help from the staff

Apart from our arrival, when the apartment didn’t fully meet our expectations (which is of course subjective, especially for a “premium” category), everything was perfect. We mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered us another apartment that suited us much better. Many thanks again for your responsiveness and excellent service! An ideal stay — we will definitely come back.

Lovely clean pool room was very spacious great value for money reception staff where very helpful and friendly and also the cleaners and staff in the pool bar restaurant

It’s not the staffs fault birds are everywhere but there was a lot of bird poo on our balcony we also purchased the day beds for 2 days of our stay and they also had a lot of bird poo on them also the jacuzzi wasn’t hot at all for the whole week of our stay a lady informed me she has been staying in the facility for the last 3 years and it’s been broke a lot
