"素晴らしいおもてなしの体験"

全てのスタッフがとても丁寧で温かい対応。十和田湖の景色が時間と共に変化していく様子を見ながらの夕食は最高でした。朝食もとても美味しく、毎日楽しみでした。

おそらく宿泊の客層によることなのだろうけれど、ツインのベッド配置の部屋しか選択肢がない。 ツインを中央でくっつけてダブル仕様のお部屋があってもいいのかなと思いました。（私達夫婦はダブルの部屋を基本は選択するので）

房間整體偏舊，用鑰匙鎖有點不方便。 建議提早入住前讓客人預約用餐時段。

"ハラハラドキドキ"

目の前が十和田湖で、素晴らしいロケーション！ 自動ロックなどの過剰な近代化サービスがなく、血の通うサービスでした。

素晴らしい湖畔にあるために、荒天時のアクセスの難しさが非常に残念でした。スタッフさんもご苦労があると思います。
