A beautiful old style hotel, even had a proper key to enter the rooms!! Very comfortable beds and stunning views over the lake. We had the food package and it was the finest of dining!! All in all a great stay.

Our only gripe was the en-suite was tiny!! It looked like a pod type unit and for the money it is something that needs looking into? Apart from that it was an excellent stay :)

Hotel has amazing view of the lake. Onsen also has amazing view

Food is okay, but not amazing, the hotel is old and should be renovated.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Service was prompt, professional and very reassuring. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. A truly pleasant stay.

Un très bon accueil, un cadre magnifique, un dîner et petit déjeuner délicieux, très soignés. Le Onsen, avec vue extérieure et éclairage de nuit sur les feuilles d’automne, fut magique de nuit. Une ambiance très apaisante, une vue sur le lac à couper le souffle. Génial ! Merci.
