Super 8 by Wyndham Gurnee

The fact it says there a pool and its not usable. The breakfast was so so it worked for what we had. Rooms around us were long term ppl.

The website did not indicate the pool was not available. It was only on the email confirmation of the booking that it showed that, but booking was nonrefundable. I had to pay for a hotel I was not able to use because my grandkids were in town visiting and wanted to swim - I had to book another hotel and I'm out the money on the Super 8 booking.

Said breakfast was included. Virtually no breakfast there

Some of the staff were outside my windows until 230am. They were playing music loudly, drinking and smoking. The phone wouldn't call the front desk. I had to call on my cell phone.

Lack of sleep

Staff were helpful and nice! But there was construction in the parking lot we had to find a side door, the pool wasn’t open, our tv didn’t work(they fixed it), and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, only hot water came out/no jets. Otherwise it was clean and a comfortable room. Found cheaper hotels around with similar amenities

The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The AC unit was dirty. The breakfast was dry cereal and coffee.
