We reserved 2 queen beds and received only 1 king. Staff said hotel was booked and couldn't switch to give us 2 beds. No hair dryer. Breakfast was non existent.

"Pleasant accommodations"

VERY comfortable and the location was was convenient for our purposes of being there. It was directly across from Six Flags Great America which made it readily accessible for season pass holders like ourselves. We most definitely will return some time this summer a few more times.

I got locked in the bathroom because it doesn't operate properly. The pool was out if commission. The whole reason I booked this room was because of the pool. I was very disappointed and it was unsatisfactory. I was also charged a deposit fee of $50.00 in addition to the room fee through Expedia!

This hotel it’s located in the best location right across from a gas station 10 minutes walking distance from Six Flags five minutes away from the mall and two minutes to the entrance of the highway great location

My application starts with the front desk clerk for his care and concern. The room selection was excellent because it was away from the noise. The bed, the bath room and everything in between exceeded my expectations.
