Corail Apart’hotel & Splash park

L’hotel Convient à des familles qui veulent profiter tout ensemble. Il propose des nombreux spectacles le soir pour enfant et il y a des animateurs au top. Ce qui m’a plus dérange c’est durant l’echange A la réception. Qu’on ne me donne pas la monnaie sans nous prévenir est inadmissible. Et lorsque je demande de me donner il me signal qu’ils n’ont que des billets et qu’ils ne peuvent rien y faire. Une fois je laisse passé mais à chaque fois que j’échangeais j’etais Obligé de me plaindre. Piscine propreté correct Le restaurant a coté de là piscines, propose des prix très correct et c’est bon. Par contre manque de professionnalisme et l’attendre est assez longue.

Horrible à éviter nous avons attendu des heures pour avoir notre chambres - Impossible d’accéder au service (piscine, parking) sans attribution de chambre (alors que c’était De leur faute qu’elle n’était Dispo). Aucun service ni communication. Pas de linge de bain( il en avait plus de disponible à l’accueil) Petite anecdote la carte d’acces ne fonctionner pas et bien le valet m’as demandé à moi d’aller en chercher une autre ..... Poubelle devant ma porte. Je ne suis pas quelqu’un de difficile mais la c’était inacceptable. J’ai changer d’hotel. Vraiment a éviter

Staff is not polite.

Staff was very kind. Airco in sleeping room and sitting room. Our daughter loved the aquapark. The only thing that we missed were towels. You could rent them but this we didn't know when we made the reservation.

Es war sehr laut selbst nachts um 2 uhr haben kinder ständig stühle durch das zimmer geschoben .. rum gelaufen und geschrien das war nervig mitten in der Nacht

gefallen hat mir nur die gute Lage zum Strand. Die Unterkunft finde ich zu Teuer für das geringe Angebot selbst. Es gibt keine Alkoholischen Getränke. Nicht einmal alkoholfreies Bier. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren ungewürzt. Liegt wohl daran das typischerweise nur Familien mit vielen Kindern die Unterkunft nutzen. Wird überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt. Rezeption ist unflexibel bei Wünschen.

Je n',ai pas aimer les repas imposés sans eau gratuite. L obligation de payer une bouteille d,'eau a 2, 5 n'est pas digne d'un 4 etoiles

Well situated; in the center of it all. Nice walk to Carthage land/Madina , the lovely Hammamat beach and to the Marina. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating . The Pools/water slides are awesome. One thing to be aware of is that towels and toilet paper are not provided , so bring your own

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. If you have any problems they sort it out quickly. The hotel was great with a nice pool which was cleaned every day. The rooms are spotless and seemed a very safe environment. Would definitely recommend as we had an absolute great stay. 24 hours security and staff always available. Had a homely feel to it and everything worked perfectly fine. Its very close to the beach and the Medina. Great place to stay if you're in the Yasmine Hammamet area, cannot fault the place!

Old nothing worked. No tv phone, toilet runnig always ,no pool after7, must pay for water
